Growth can be found in playing to your team’s strengths.

Business Growth

This often allows the team to see and develop opportunities that business leaders often miss. You would have heard the saying “put the right people in the right seat and set them free”. The businesses I see that have the right people out perform other similar business by a mile. In the business with the right people; Everything feels easy; Momentum is easier to maintain; Energy is usually higher. These are just a few of the examples of why having the right people is so important to growth. Growth can come with its share of problems. It can put pressure on many systems, procedures and processes. When the pressure is on it comes down to the people that are running the systems that will help a business get through these pains. Has your business got the right people in it?

Play to your team’s strengths to get the success your business deserves.

With that being said here are some questions to consider.

· Who in your team is in the wrong seat?

· Who in your team, if changed role, would excel further?

· Is there anyone in your team that isn’t the right person?

· Do you know the strengths of your people?

It’s time to grow!
